Building a condominium has been a long-time dream for Santos Land, with the Ivory Residences project launching in 2017 and initially set for completion in three years. However, the COVID-19 pandemic caused a delay, pushing back the turnover. On June 6, 2024, Ivory Residences reached a significant milestone with the first turnover of condo units to buyers. The event celebrated hard work and dedication, marking the realization of Santos Land's dream to create a community and helping buyers fulfill their dream of homeownership. The day was filled with joy, excitement, and new beginnings.

Santos Land Development Corporation celebrated its 52nd founding anniversary on October 16, 2023. It was celebrated by its officers and employees in a simple get-together at the Ilumina clubhouse. The celebration would not be complete without recognizing the contribution made by our ever-supportive and dedicated Sales Force.
