The Asiapro Foundation, through the Tulay sa Magandang Kinabukasan (Bridge for a Greater Future) Program, envisions that cooperative members and their children will be able to break away from their disadvantaged environment through voctech and upskilling trainings.

• Skills Training for Cooperative Workers on NC II Masonry and NC II Customer Service were implemented in seven municipalities in South Mindanao. These trainings ran from 2017 to 2018.
• A NC II Customer Service Training was implemented in Muntinlupa in 2019.

Aside from technical training on agricultural production, project participants were training on basic entrepreneurship skills. They were also encouraging cooperative members become more responsible borrowers.
